Move over, Apple AirPods: The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are on sale for $155—the lowest price since their debut last month.

Rated “excellent” by PCMag, the earbuds are one of the few true wireless pairs we’ve tested with dual drivers in each earpiece, resulting in “fantastic” audio performance.

Straying from the path of most comparable wireless models, which use a single driver in each ear, the Buds 2 Pro come with a 10mm driver for bass and 5.3mm driver for treble. Add to that active noise cancellation (ANC), a fully waterproof design, and support for 24-bit hi-res audio playback (on select source devices), and you can enjoy hours of your favorite podcast, the latest Beyoncé album, or just some peace and quiet.

The rounded earpieces, which feature a grippy exterior and matte sheen, are compatible with Bluetooth 5.3, offer auto-switching between devices, and provide support for the AAC, SBC, and Samsung Seamless codecs (but not AptX).

On-ear capacitive touch controls make it easy to control playback, answer or end calls, decline incoming calls, or switch noise controls; users can enable additional functionality, including summoning the Bixby voice assistant, through the Galaxy Wearable companion app.

An IPX7 waterproof rating means you can submerge the Buds 2 Pro up to one meter for 30 minutes, and expose them to a moderate amount of water pressure—like from a faucet or shower head. Sweaty workouts and rainy weather are not a problem, though you’ll want to fully dry the earpieces before docking them.

The square charging case ships with a USB-C port on the back for juicing up via the included USB-C-to-USB-C cable, and supports wireless charging through the Qi standard. Samsung estimates the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro last roughly five hours with ANC or eight hours without, and get an 18- to 29-hour boost from the case.
