The dog days of summer are here, and even the most committed exercise enthusiast can find comfort in indoor workouts—with the AC blasting (or at least an oscillating fan).

Avoid heat stroke and stay inside with a Bowflex VeloCore or Echelon Smart Connect stationary bike, on sale this Amazon Prime Day for up to 25% off their retail costs. Bowflex’s adjustable dumbbells are also several hundred dollars cheaper.

The Bowflex VeloCore does more than just work your legs. Its unique “Lean Mode” lets users sway from side to side as you ride, working your arms, core, and back as you tilt right and left.

Bowflex sells the VeloCore with a 16-inch or 22-inch HD touch screen. The smaller version is currently 28% off for Prime Day; we’ll have to see if the 22-inch one follows suit. Both versions includes a Bluetooth heart rate monitor armband and set of 3 pound dumbbells. (In-home assembly costs an extra $199.)

On par with most smart home gym equipment, VeloCore offers a members-only platform, dubbed JRNY, where subscribers can pay $19.99 a month or $149 annually to access a library of on-demand trainer-led videos, artificial intelligence-powered Adaptive Workouts, and a variety of entertainment options to relieve boredom.

The bike, which stands at a compact 59.8 by 24.1 inches (LW), is recommended for riders between 5’1″ and 6’5″ and up to 325 pounds.
